Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have been diagnosed with Stage II, III, or IV breast cancer that is hormone receptor-positive (a type that responds to hormones)
- People who are post-menopausal — meaning their periods stopped at least one year ago, or they are taking medication to suppress their ovaries, or their ovaries have been surgically removed

Who may not be able to join:
- People who have a history of dementia, stroke, traumatic brain injury, cancer that has spread to the brain, or other conditions that may affect thinking and memory
- People who already score higher than 8 on something called the MIND diet score — a measure of how closely someone already follows a specific brain-health eating pattern (confirm with trial site)
- People who are unwilling or unable to eat more than 2 types of food included in the MIND diet
- People who are currently receiving insulin therapy for diabetes
- People who have been diagnosed with triple-negative breast cancer (a specific type of breast cancer that does not respond to hormone treatments)
- People who are unable to give informed consent to take part in the study
