Who might be able to join this trial:
- You have been diagnosed with migraine (with or without aura) and have headaches on 4 to 20 days per month
- You have had migraines for at least 1 year
- You are at least 18 years old
- You are able to attend 8 weekly online classes
- You are willing to keep a headache diary before the study begins
- Your headaches have a significant impact on your daily life, as measured by a specific scoring tool called the HIT-6 (score above 50 — confirm with trial site)

- You are able to set up and use the online platform required for the study
- If you are pregnant, you are 16 weeks pregnant or less at the time you enroll
Who may not be able to join:
- You have a serious or unstable physical or mental health condition that could make participation unsafe
- You have headaches caused by overusing migraine medication
- You are more than 16 weeks pregnant at the time of enrollment
- Your migraine treatment has recently changed — specifically, a preventive medication or device started within the last 12 weeks, or a new acute (immediate relief) treatment started within the last 4 weeks
- You are not willing to keep your current medications at the same doses throughout the study
- You did not complete the required headache diary before the study starts
- You drink heavily or regularly use illicit drugs
- You are already taking part in another clinical trial that could interfere with this one
- You already have regular experience with stress reduction or mindfulness practices, such as daily meditation, regular use of a mindfulness app, or prior experience with a program called MBSR
- You tested positive for COVID-19 within 30 days of enrolling
- Your doctor or the study team feels there is any other reason you may not be a suitable candidate (confirm with trial site)
