Who might be able to join this trial:

• The child has been diagnosed with congenital heart disease (a heart condition present from birth) and has had or needs heart surgery
• The child is between 4 and 6 years old
• The child shows lower-than-average attention skills, as measured by a specific attention test called the K-CPT2, administered during a medical or virtual visit with the research team
• A parent or caregiver is willing to take part in an 8-week parent-child yoga program and attend assessments before, after, and 6 months following the program
• If the child currently takes ADHD medication, the parent agrees to pause it for at least 48 hours before each assessment visit

Who may not be able to join:

• The child has a medical reason that means yoga would not be safe for them
• The child has a confirmed diagnosis of severe developmental or intellectual delay that would make completing the study's tests too difficult
• The child has a severe physical disability that would prevent participation in yoga sessions without special adjustments
• The family does not speak French or English
• The child has already been attending a regular, structured weekly yoga program for at least one month within the past year (note: parents having their own personal yoga experience is fine)
