Who might be able to join this trial:

• People aged between 18 and 80 years old
• People diagnosed with non-small cell lung cancer (a type of lung cancer), confirmed by a tissue or cell sample, where surgery to remove the cancer is not possible due to the cancer returning, spreading, or the person's overall health
• People who have already completed 2 to 4 rounds of first-line (initial) cancer treatment — such as chemotherapy, immunotherapy, or combinations of these — and whose cancer was assessed as stable (not growing or shrinking significantly) during that treatment
• People who have at least one tumour that can be measured on scans
• People who have not had radiotherapy to any tumour site in the 28 days before joining the trial
• People with a physical functioning score of 0–2 on a standard medical scale (meaning able to carry out at least some daily activities) (confirm with trial site)
• People whose life expectancy is estimated to be at least 3 months
• People who are willing to take part and have signed a consent form

Who may not be able to join:

• Women who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant within 6 months
• People with severe cancer spread to the brain or bones
• People with severe anaemia (very low red blood cell levels) or severe liver or kidney damage
• People whose pathology results or long-term follow-up records may not be available
• People whose relevant scan images and clinical records are not available
• People with serious illnesses that would make participation difficult, such as a recent major heart or stroke event, or other serious heart conditions
• People who have had surgery or any invasive procedure within 4 weeks before joining the trial
• People who are unable to tolerate standard second-line cancer treatment or other first-line therapies
• People with a known allergy to the study imaging agent (99mTc-H7ND) or any of its ingredients, or who have a history of severe allergic reactions
• People for whom the imaging procedures used in the trial are not medically suitable (confirm with trial site)
• People whom the trial investigator considers unsuitable for participation for any other reason
