Who might be able to join this trial:

  • You are 18 years old or older
  • You are about to receive at least your 4th dose of ocrelizumab (given every 6 months)
  • You need to have MRI scans as part of your ongoing treatment
  • You were originally prescribed ocrelizumab for active, relapsing-remitting, or secondary progressive multiple sclerosis

  • You have a medical reason that prevents you from continuing ocrelizumab, such as a serious allergic reaction, an active infection, a new cancer diagnosis, or a severe immune system problem
  • You are planning to become pregnant within the next 3 years
  • You are unable to have an MRI scan for any medical reason
  • You are unable to receive contrast dye used during MRI scans
  • You have serious or poorly controlled problems with your kidneys, liver, blood, digestive system, lungs, mental health, or heart, or any other uncontrolled health condition
  • You are under a legal protection order (confirm with trial site)
  • You are of childbearing age and do not wish to use effective contraception
  • You are currently pregnant or breastfeeding
