Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are 18 years old or older (male or female)
- You have been diagnosed with advanced or spreading non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), confirmed by a lab test on a tissue or cell sample

- You have had certain cancer treatments (such as chemotherapy, radiation, or immunotherapy) too recently before joining — the exact waiting period depends on the type of treatment
- You have taken certain medications or foods that strongly affect how the body processes drugs, within the past 2 weeks or longer (confirm with trial site)
- You had major surgery or a serious injury within 4 weeks before joining
- You still have significant side effects from a previous cancer treatment that have not fully resolved (except for hair loss)
- You are unable to swallow tablets, or have a serious digestive condition that would affect how your body absorbs the study drug
- Your cancer has spread to the brain and is currently causing active problems
- You have an active infection that has not been brought under control
