Who may not be able to join:
- People whose previous tissue sample results showed pituitary cancer (rather than a non-cancerous tumour)

- People who have a serious disease affecting other hormone-producing glands, other solid organ tumours, or a serious blood condition
- People who have serious damage to the heart, kidneys, or liver
- People who have a severe mental health or neurological condition
- People with very poorly controlled blood sugar levels, very poorly controlled high blood pressure, or who are in a medical emergency
