Who may not be able to join:

• You have had a head injury or head trauma
• There is a suspicion that your headache may be caused by another condition, such as a stroke, a known brain tumor, or glaucoma
• Your headache is happening as part of a viral illness (such as the flu or a similar infection)
• You take steroid medications on a long-term, ongoing basis
• You have a known allergy to a medication called dexamethasone
• You cannot be contacted by phone or text message for follow-up after the trial
• You have gestational diabetes or any other type of diabetes that is not well controlled
• You have a condition or take medication that weakens your immune system
