- People who have had an allergic or sensitivity reaction to Zepzelca™ or any of its ingredients
- Women who are pregnant, possibly pregnant, or currently breastfeeding
- People who are currently taking part in another clinical trial involving a drug or medical device, or who plan to do so during the study period (note: participation in non-interventional studies, or trials where the drug phase has ended and only follow-up remains, may be acceptable — confirm with trial site)
- People whom the lead or supporting study doctor considers unsuitable to participate for any reason
