Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who are 18 years of age or older.
- People who have an advanced solid tumour that has been confirmed by laboratory testing of tissue or cell samples.

- People who have had major surgery (other than minor local procedures) within 28 days before the trial start date and have not fully recovered.
- People who have cancer that has spread to the spinal cord, the lining of the brain or spinal cord, or who have active brain metastases causing symptoms.
- People who still have significant side effects from previous cancer treatments that have not returned to their normal baseline levels (hair loss is an exception).
- People who have had an active or previously diagnosed autoimmune or inflammatory condition within the past 5 years (some exceptions may apply — confirm with trial site).
- People who currently have an active, uncontrolled infection caused by bacteria, a virus, or a fungus that requires treatment through the bloodstream.
- People who are unable to swallow tablets or capsules, or who have a digestive system condition that could affect how the trial medicines are absorbed.
- People with significant heart or blood vessel problems, including a heart attack, unstable chest pain, or stroke within the past 6 months, certain abnormal heart rhythm measurements, or moderate-to-severe heart failure.
- People who have had another unrelated invasive cancer within the past 2 years.
