Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You have been diagnosed with a specific type of nasopharyngeal cancer (a cancer at the back of the nose/throat), confirmed by a lab test, at an advanced stage (stage III to IVB).
- Your doctors have determined that you are suitable for intensive treatment combining radiation and chemotherapy.
- You are in generally good physical condition and able to carry out normal daily activities (confirm with trial site for exact fitness level required).
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan, and your blood counts are within acceptable ranges (including white blood cells, platelets, and hemoglobin).
- Your kidneys are functioning at a basically normal level, based on blood tests.

- You are willing and able to sign a consent form agreeing to take part.
Who may not be able to join:
- You have previously received immunotherapy or targeted therapy for your cancer.
- You have taken part in another interventional clinical trial within the last 30 days.
- You have a history of another cancer, unless it was a type of skin cancer (basal cell carcinoma) that has been fully cured.
- You have a history of a condition where your immune system does not work properly from birth.
- You have another serious uncontrolled health condition, such as heart failure, severe lung, liver, or mental health problems.
- You are known to have HIV, active hepatitis, or tuberculosis.
- You have had major surgery within the past 90 days before starting the trial, or have surgery planned.
- You are allergic to any of the medications used in this trial.
- You are pregnant or breastfeeding, or you are of childbearing age and are unwilling or unable to use effective contraception during the trial and for at least 6 months after the last treatment (this applies to both men and women).
- You have received a live vaccine within 30 days of starting the trial.
- The trial doctor feels, for any reason, that this study is not right for you.
- You are unwilling to participate or unable to sign the consent form.
