Who might be able to join this trial:
- People aged 18 to 90 years who have a confirmed diagnosis of early-stage non-small cell lung cancer (a type of lung cancer), specifically stage I, II, or IIIA, that has not yet been treated — and whose scans show a single nodule in one lung that appears to be at least half solid (Phase I, with lung cancer)

Who may not be able to join:
- People under 18 years of age
- People for whom low-dose CT scan results are not available
- People who have received any cancer treatment — including radiation, chemotherapy, biological therapy, or surgery — within the past year
- Women who are pregnant
- People who are currently taking medications that affect how the immune system works
- People who have a long-term (chronic) condition that affects the immune system
- People whose current medical records are incomplete, such as missing information about the current stage of their cancer
