Who might be able to join this trial:
- You have been diagnosed with advanced non-small cell lung cancer, confirmed through a tissue or cell sample
- You have already received more than two rounds of chemotherapy combined with immunotherapy, and your cancer either shrank, disappeared, or stayed stable (with signs of improvement)
- You are between 18 and 80 years old and are able to carry out daily activities mostly or fully on your own
- You have at least one area of cancer that can be measured or tracked on scans
- You are expected to live for at least 6 months
- Your heart, lungs, kidneys, liver, and bone marrow are functioning well enough to participate
Who may not be able to join:
- Your cancer got worse during or after chemotherapy and immunotherapy treatment
- Your cancer has specific genetic changes known as EGFR, ALK, or ROS1 mutations (confirm with trial site)
- You have previously had radiation therapy to your chest area
- You had moderate or severe side effects related to your immune system during your earlier immunotherapy treatment
- You have had another cancer in the past, unless it was an early-stage skin cancer (non-melanoma) or a very early form of cervical cancer
- You are currently pregnant or breastfeeding
- You are already taking part in another clinical trial
- You have serious health conditions such as a history of heart attack, severe irregular heartbeat, severe stroke-related disease, stomach ulcers, a psychiatric condition, or diabetes that cannot be controlled
- You are HIV-positive and currently receiving antiviral treatment for it
- You currently have active tuberculosis
