Who might be able to join this trial:

  • You must be 18 years of age or older
  • You must have had a confirmed COVID-19 infection, shown by a positive antibody, antigen, or PCR test
  • Your ongoing symptoms must be related to COVID-19 only, and not explained by another known illness such as cancer or another infection
  • You must score 10 or higher on a specific symptom questionnaire (called the SSS-8) with symptoms across at least 3 different areas of the body (confirm with trial site)
  • Your symptoms must have been occurring at least 3 days per week for a minimum of 3 months
  • You must be willing to take part in a Mind-Body therapy program

Who may not be able to join:

  • You have a clearly diagnosed physical illness directly linked to your symptoms, such as lung scarring or heart inflammation (note: minor conditions like mild arthritis do not automatically exclude you)
  • You were admitted to an intensive care unit (ICU) when you had COVID-19
  • You are older than 65 years of age
  • You have been diagnosed with dementia or a similar condition affecting memory and thinking
  • You have an active addiction to substances (such as cocaine) that could interfere with taking part in the study
  • You have a serious psychiatric condition such as schizophrenia (note: mild to moderate anxiety or depression does not automatically exclude you)
