Who may not be able to join:

• People who have used home oxygen therapy at any point in the past year to manage their lung disease
• People who have other health conditions that may require oxygen therapy, such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) or heart disease
• People who need to use a breathing support machine (non-invasive ventilation)
• People who have significant heart, metabolic, nerve, or muscle conditions that could affect breathing or the body's response to exercise
• People who have a bone or joint injury that would prevent them from completing a cycling or walking exercise test
• People who have a condition affecting blood flow in the legs or arms (peripheral vascular disease) — these individuals would not be eligible for the blood vessel function tests included in the trial (confirm with trial site)
