• People whose body mass index (a measure of body weight relative to height) was above 40 before becoming pregnant
• People whose baby is considered at high risk of having hemophilia (a condition where blood does not clot properly)
• People whose baby has been found, through a procedure that samples fluid from the womb, to have an abnormal number of chromosomes or a genetic change known to cause problems
• People for whom surgery on the abdomen or surgery using a small camera inside the womb would not be safe (confirm with trial site)
