Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have been diagnosed with early-stage non-small cell lung cancer (stages I to IIIA) that was suitable for surgery, and who had that lung surgery between one and twelve months before joining the trial.
- People who may have received chemotherapy or radiation therapy after surgery, with the joining window being one to twelve months after finishing that treatment.
- People who are currently receiving immunotherapy after completing chemotherapy may still be considered for the trial.

- People who do not currently follow a structured, regular exercise programme and are not planning to start one.

- People whose lung cancer has come back or is getting worse.

- People with mental health conditions that would make it difficult to take part in a physical activity programme or complete the required tests.
- People who would be unable to learn to use a new electronic device, such as a smartphone.
- People who do not speak or understand Dutch.
- People with other health conditions or ongoing treatments that would make it unsafe or impractical to take part in a physical activity programme or complete the required tests.
