Who might be able to join this trial:
- Adults aged 18 or older
- People who have been diagnosed with a specific type of head and neck cancer (called CEVADS) affecting the mouth, throat, voice box, or the area around the voice box, confirmed through a tissue sample test
- People whose cancer has come back for the first time after previous treatment, either in the same area or having spread to other parts of the body, and whose doctor has identified immunotherapy as a suitable treatment option

- People who cannot receive immunotherapy, such as those who have had an organ transplant
- People who are pregnant or currently breastfeeding
- People who are under legal guardianship or curatorship (a legal arrangement where another person manages some or all of their affairs)
- People who are under court protection (a legal arrangement to protect a person's interests)
- People who are currently deprived of their liberty (for example, incarcerated)
