Who might be able to join this trial:
- You have been diagnosed with a type of blood cancer called AML (Acute Myeloid Leukemia, but not the M3 subtype), and after receiving a stem cell transplant from a donor, tests still show small traces of cancer remaining (known as MRD positive)
- You are 18 years of age or older
- You are reasonably able to carry out daily activities (based on a standard health performance scale called ECOG, scored 3 or below)
- Your life expectancy is at least 3 months
- You are willing and able to use contraception during the trial
- You are willing to sign a consent form agreeing to take part
Who may not be able to join:
- You have had an allergic reaction to the medication being studied
- You have a stomach or bowel condition that would stop you from swallowing and absorbing tablets or capsules
- You currently have an active infection
- Your major organs (such as your heart, liver, or kidneys) are not functioning properly
- You have or have had another type of cancer
- You are living with HIV
- You have hepatitis B (HBV) or hepatitis C (HCV)
- You have a heart condition involving a prolonged QT interval (an irregular heart rhythm measurement) (confirm with trial site)
- You are currently pregnant or breastfeeding
- You are already taking part in another clinical trial
- The trial doctors have decided for any other reason that this trial would not be appropriate for you
