Who might be able to join this trial:

  • You have been diagnosed with a type of blood cancer called AML (Acute Myeloid Leukemia, but not the M3 subtype), and after receiving a stem cell transplant from a donor, tests still show small traces of cancer remaining (known as MRD positive)
  • You are 18 years of age or older
  • You are reasonably able to carry out daily activities (based on a standard health performance scale called ECOG, scored 3 or below)
  • Your life expectancy is at least 3 months
  • You are willing and able to use contraception during the trial
  • You are willing to sign a consent form agreeing to take part

Who may not be able to join:

  • You have had an allergic reaction to the medication being studied
  • You have a stomach or bowel condition that would stop you from swallowing and absorbing tablets or capsules
  • You currently have an active infection
  • Your major organs (such as your heart, liver, or kidneys) are not functioning properly
  • You have or have had another type of cancer
  • You are living with HIV
  • You have hepatitis B (HBV) or hepatitis C (HCV)
  • You have a heart condition involving a prolonged QT interval (an irregular heart rhythm measurement) (confirm with trial site)
  • You are currently pregnant or breastfeeding
  • You are already taking part in another clinical trial
