Who might be able to join this trial:
- People aged between 18 and 70 years old
- People attending their first colposcopy appointment, or whose last colposcopy was more than 24 months ago
- People referred for the colposcopy due to abnormal cervical screening results or repeated positive HPV test results
- People who have not previously had a LEEP procedure or any other surgery that may have affected the length of the cervix
- People who are not pregnant at the time of the colposcopy or LEEP procedure

- People who are able to understand the study procedures and have given informed consent to participate

- People younger than 18 or older than 70 years of age
- People who have had a colposcopy within the last 24 months
- People referred for a reason other than abnormal cervical screening or HPV results, such as a vulvar lesion
- People who have previously had a LEEP procedure or other surgery affecting the length of the cervix
- People who are pregnant at the time of the colposcopy or LEEP procedure
- People who are not sexually active
- People who are unable to understand the study procedures or are unable to give informed consent
- People who have difficulty understanding Finnish
