Who might be able to join this trial:
- People aged 14 to 85 years who are expected to live longer than 3 months
- People diagnosed with B-cell lymphoma or B-ALL (a type of blood cancer) where the cancer cells test positive for markers called CD19 and CD22
- People whose cancer has come back or has not responded to standard first-line treatment
- People who are well enough to carry out basic daily activities (based on a standard performance scale scored 0–2)
- People who have at least one measurable area of cancer that can be tracked during the trial
- People whose heart, liver, kidney, and bone marrow function results fall within acceptable ranges as determined by blood tests (confirm with trial site)
- People with no serious history of allergic reactions

- People currently taking or recently having taken steroid medications (such as cortisone) or other medicines that suppress the immune system
- People with severe heart, liver, or kidney problems, or uncontrolled diabetes
- People who have taken part in another clinical trial within the past three months
- People who have previously received any gene therapy treatment
- People whom the research team determines are otherwise not suitable for the trial for any reason
