Who might be able to join this trial:
- Adults aged 18 years or older
- People with suspected cervical cancer at a moderate to advanced stage (stages IB2 to IVA), based on clinical information and an MRI scan of the pelvis, who are in the process of being assessed before treatment begins
- Women who could become pregnant must be using adequate contraception throughout the study period
Who may not be able to join:
- People who have a history of another cancer that could affect how imaging results are interpreted
- People who have already been confirmed, either by examination or imaging, to have cancer that has spread to areas outside the lymph nodes before the study begins
- People who are unable to have an MRI scan or who cannot receive contrast dye containing gadolinium (a substance used to improve MRI images)
- People who are unable to have a surgical procedure to remove lymph nodes in the lower back and abdominal area
- People who are currently detained or deprived of their liberty
- People who are under 18, or adults who are under legal guardianship or supervision
- People who are under court-ordered legal protection
- People who are not able to give informed consent to participate
