Who might be able to join this trial:

• People who are willing and able to give written consent to participate.
• People who are aged 18 to 75 years old at the time of joining the trial.
• People who have been diagnosed with locally advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (a type of lung cancer that has spread), confirmed through laboratory testing of tissue or cells.

• People who are capable of becoming pregnant or fathering a child must agree to use effective methods to prevent pregnancy during the trial and for 6 months after the last dose of treatment.

Who may not be able to join:

• People who have previously been treated with a therapy that targets a protein called DR5, or with a specific type of drug called an antibody-MMAE conjugate.
• People who have cancer that has spread to the brain, unless those brain metastases are causing no symptoms, are stable, and have not required steroid medication for at least 7 days before starting the trial.
• People who test positive for hepatitis C, HIV, or hepatitis B with detectable hepatitis B virus levels in the blood.
• People who are currently pregnant, breastfeeding, or lactating.
