Who might be able to join this trial:

• You are a man or woman aged 18 to 75 years old.
• You are generally well enough to carry out daily activities, or have only mild limitations (confirm with trial site regarding how this is assessed).
• You have been diagnosed through a tissue sample with a specific type of bladder cancer that has a strong neuroendocrine (nerve-related) component, making up more than half of the cancer; tissue samples will need to be provided before joining.

• You are expected to live longer than 3 months.
• Your blood, liver, and kidney test results are within acceptable ranges, as checked within the 14 days before joining the trial.
• If you are able to have children, you must agree to use reliable contraception throughout the trial and for 12 months after treatment ends.
• You are willing to take part voluntarily, sign a consent form, follow the study plan, and attend follow-up appointments.

Who may not be able to join:

• You have previously received certain types of immunotherapy treatments (anti-PD-1, anti-PD-L1, or anti-CTLA-4 drugs).
• You have previously received drug treatment for cancer, unless it was a specific type of treatment given directly into the bladder that ended at least one week before the study starts.
• You have previously had radiation therapy for bladder cancer.
• You have a known allergy to the study drug (adebrelimab) or any of its ingredients.
• You have received other cancer treatments, immune-related treatments, or taken part in another clinical trial within the past 4 weeks, or you have not fully recovered from side effects of previous treatments.
• You are pregnant or currently breastfeeding.
• You are HIV positive.
• You have active hepatitis B or C (specific blood test results will be checked to confirm this).
• You have active tuberculosis.
• You have an autoimmune disease (where the immune system attacks the body) that has required ongoing medical treatment within the past 2 years.
• You have other serious uncontrolled health conditions such as severe heart problems, a heart attack in the last 6 months, a stroke in the last 3 months, uncontrolled diabetes, or certain lung conditions.
• You have received a live vaccine within 4 weeks before starting treatment (note: most standard flu shots are allowed, but nasal spray flu vaccines are not).
• You have previously had a stem cell transplant or an organ transplant from another person.
• You have a history of substance misuse or a mental health condition that would make participation difficult.
• You have fluid build-up in the lungs or abdomen that is causing symptoms or requires treatment.
