Who might be able to join this trial:
- You have been newly diagnosed with locally advanced cervical cancer (not yet treated) and the diagnosis has been confirmed by a tissue sample (biopsy)
- Your cancer is at a specific advanced stage (2019 FIGO stage IIIB–IVA), or if stage IIIC, the affected lymph nodes must measure at least 1.5 cm in size
- You are generally active and able to carry out daily activities with little or no restriction (confirm with trial site)
- Your doctors expect you to live for more than 6 months
- You are considered well enough to receive combined chemotherapy and radiation treatment
- You do not have any obvious active or significant bleeding

- If you could become pregnant, you have tested negative for pregnancy and agree to use reliable contraception throughout the trial
- You are willing to sign a consent form agreeing to take part

- You have been diagnosed with another cancer at the same time
- Your cervical cancer has spread to distant parts of the body or has come back after previous treatment
- You have already received any treatment for your cervical cancer before joining
- You have serious ongoing conditions such as poorly controlled diabetes, high blood pressure, or a current active infection
- Your blood counts, liver function, or kidney function fall outside the acceptable ranges required for the trial (confirm with trial site for specific values)
- You have significant heart problems, such as irregular heartbeat, reduced heart function, or serious heart valve disease
- You have a mental health condition that is not currently under control
- You are pregnant or currently breastfeeding
- You are already taking part in another clinical trial
- The lead doctor on the trial considers you unsuitable for any other reason (confirm with trial site)
