Who might be able to join this trial:
- You must have one of these specific cancers, confirmed by lab testing: small bowel cancer (Cohort B), or pancreatic, ampullary, colorectal, or appendiceal cancer (Cohort C).
- You must be at least 18 years old at the time you give your consent to join.
- You must be willing to follow all study requirements and be available for the full duration of the study.
- You must sign and date a consent form agreeing to take part.
- You must currently be on a systemic treatment (such as chemotherapy) and be able to continue that same treatment, with no more than a 30-day break planned to allow for a focused local treatment to a specific area.
- You must have already had at least one round of systemic treatment for cancer that has spread, and your most recent treatment must have kept the majority of your cancer stable for at least 3 months before new spots appeared.
- You must have 5 or fewer spots of cancer that are growing or are newly found.
- All of your growing or new cancer spots must be safely treatable with a focused local treatment, as decided by your radiation or interventional radiology specialist.
Who may not be able to join:
- You may not be able to join if other health conditions make it unsafe for you to receive focused local treatments.
- You may not be able to join if past treatment side effects have made it unsafe or not possible for you to receive focused local treatments.
- You may not be able to join if you have cancer spots in your brain that are currently growing.
