Who might be able to join this trial:
- Adults (male or female) aged 18 or older
- People with a brain tumour confirmed by laboratory testing to be a grade 4 astrocytoma or glioblastoma (GBM), as defined by the 2021 WHO brain tumour classification guidelines
- People whose tumour tests positive for a specific protein called hTERT, confirmed during the screening process
- People whose physical functioning is rated at a certain level or above on standard medical scales (ECOG score of 2 or below, and KPS score of 60 or above) — (confirm with trial site what these scores mean for your situation)
- People with a life expectancy of at least 3 months
Who may not be able to join:
- People who have been diagnosed with another type of cancer within the 5 years before starting the trial treatment

- People who the trial doctor considers unsuitable for the trial for any other reason

Number of dose limiting toxicities (DLTs); Maximum tolerated dose (MTD) or maximum administered dose (MAD) dose(MAD) and select the recommended Phase 2 dose (RP2D) of RZ-001 in combination with VGCV; Number of participants with treatment-related adverse events as assessed by NCI-CTCAE; Number of participants with significant laboratory abnormalities as assessed by NCI-CTCAE; Overall survival (OS)
