Who might be able to join this trial:
- You have been diagnosed with one of the following cancer types, confirmed by lab testing: breast cancer, gynecological cancer, head and neck cancer, sarcoma, or another solid tumor cancer specified by the study.
- You are willing and able to sign a consent form agreeing to take part in the study.
- You are willing to follow all study procedures and are available for the full length of the study.
- You are 18 years old or older at the time of joining.
- You are currently receiving systemic treatment (such as chemotherapy or other cancer medicines) and are able to continue that same treatment, with no more than a 30-day pause to allow for a targeted local treatment.
- You have received at least one round of systemic treatment for cancer that has spread, and your most recent treatment has been working well enough for at least 3 months before any new or growing spots appeared — meaning most of your cancer has been stable and your doctor has not needed to change your treatment.
- You have 5 or fewer spots of cancer that are new or getting larger.
- All of your new or growing cancer spots can be safely treated with a focused local treatment, as decided by your specialist doctors (radiation oncologist and/or interventional radiologist).
Who may not be able to join:
- You have other health conditions that would make it unsafe to receive a focused local treatment.
- You have had side effects from previous treatments that would make it difficult or unsafe to receive a focused local treatment.
- You have cancer spots that are growing inside the brain.
