Who might be able to join this trial:
- People with a BMI between 25 and 55 kg/m²

- People who are pregnant, breastfeeding, less than 6 months after giving birth, or who plan to become pregnant during the study period
- People who have a medical condition that could affect the safety or effectiveness of a program involving changes to diet and physical activity — for example, an uncontrolled heart condition, dementia, bulimia nervosa, binge eating disorder, or other significant mental health conditions
- People with conditions that, in the judgment of the lead researchers, would make it difficult to independently follow the program for 6 months — including conditions that might affect the ability to use the program website, log information on a smartphone app, attend video sessions via Zoom, or complete online questionnaires
