Who might be able to join this trial:

• Adults aged 18 years or older.
• People who have been diagnosed with a type of lung cancer called non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC), confirmed through laboratory testing of a tissue sample.
• People whose treatment plan includes a type of immunotherapy (called an anti-PD-(L)1 drug), either on its own or combined with chemotherapy and/or another immunotherapy drug (anti-CTLA4), for advanced-stage disease.
• People whose general health and ability to carry out daily activities meets a certain minimum level, as rated by their doctor on a standard scale (ECOG score of 2 or below, meaning someone who is up and about for more than half of waking hours at minimum).
• People who have given written consent to take part before any study procedures begin.

Who may not be able to join:

• People who have had surgery or radiotherapy to the chest area within the last 8 weeks, or any cancer-fighting drug treatment within the last 2 weeks.
• People whose lung cancer has specific genetic changes known as EGFR, ALK, or ROS1 mutations.
• Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
• People who have been diagnosed with another cancer within the last 2 years, with some exceptions — certain very early-stage or low-risk cancers that have been adequately treated may still be considered eligible (confirm with trial site).
• People who have another serious health condition that, in the treating doctor's opinion, could interfere with completing the study.
