Who might be able to join this trial:
- People aged 18 to 75, of any gender
- People who have been confirmed through tissue testing to have non-small cell lung cancer, at stage II or IIIA
- People who had surgery to fully remove their lung cancer (called R0 resection) within the past 2 months, and who have not received any cancer treatment before or after surgery
- People whose general physical functioning falls within a certain range on a standard medical scale (ECOG score of 0–2 — confirm with trial site what this means for a specific situation)
- People who are willing to take part in the study, cooperate with data collection, and sign a consent form
Who may not be able to join:
- People who are known to be allergic to the ingredients in Huaier granules, or for whom Huaier granules are cautioned or not recommended
- People who have difficulty swallowing, a blockage in the digestive tract, active bleeding in the stomach or intestines, or other conditions that make taking oral medication difficult
- People who plan to receive targeted therapy, immunotherapy, chemotherapy with immunotherapy, or radiotherapy during the study period
- People who have been diagnosed with another cancer in the past 5 years
- People whose expected survival is less than 6 months
- People who have not yet recovered from surgical complications, or who have a serious infection following their lung cancer surgery
- Women who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant
- People who have taken certain other traditional Chinese medicine anti-tumour treatments within the past month (such as compound cantharidin capsules, cinobufagin capsules, Kangai injection, or Brucea javanica injection, among others — confirm full list with trial site)
- People with severe mental illness, or other reasons that the trial team considers unsuitable for participation
