Who might be able to join this trial:

  • People aged 18 to 75, of any gender
  • People who have been confirmed through tissue testing to have non-small cell lung cancer, at stage II or IIIA
  • People who had surgery to fully remove their lung cancer (called R0 resection) within the past 2 months, and who have not received any cancer treatment before or after surgery

  • People who have difficulty swallowing, a blockage in the digestive tract, active bleeding in the stomach or intestines, or other conditions that make taking oral medication difficult
  • People who plan to receive targeted therapy, immunotherapy, chemotherapy with immunotherapy, or radiotherapy during the study period
  • People who have been diagnosed with another cancer in the past 5 years
  • People whose expected survival is less than 6 months
  • People who have not yet recovered from surgical complications, or who have a serious infection following their lung cancer surgery
  • Women who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant
  • People who have taken certain other traditional Chinese medicine anti-tumour treatments within the past month (such as compound cantharidin capsules, cinobufagin capsules, Kangai injection, or Brucea javanica injection, among others — confirm full list with trial site)
  • People with severe mental illness, or other reasons that the trial team considers unsuitable for participation
