Who might be able to join this trial:
- Adults aged 18 or older, of any sex or racial background.
- People who have been diagnosed with a specific type of brain tumour called glioblastoma multiforme (confirmed by tissue testing or by medical history, symptoms, and brain scan results that strongly point to this diagnosis).

- People who have other ongoing infection-related or inflammatory conditions affecting the body or brain, such as multiple sclerosis, lupus, Crohn's disease, or rheumatoid arthritis.
- People who are currently pregnant or breastfeeding.
