Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who are able to understand and sign a consent form agreeing to take part in the study.
- People who are 18 years of age or older.
- People who self-identify as Hispanic or LatinX.
- People who have survived head and neck cancer and were treated with surgery, radiation alone, or chemotherapy combined with radiation, with treatment completed at least 5 years ago and no current signs or symptoms of the cancer returning.

For people with a history of head and neck cancer specifically, the NCCN recommends annual low-dose CT scans for those with at least a 20 pack-year smoking history (confirm with trial site).
Who may not be able to join:
- People who have already been diagnosed with lung cancer.
- People who currently have any active cancer diagnosis.
- People who have had a lung scan or imaging within the past 3 years.
- People who are currently pregnant or breastfeeding.
- People whose head and neck cancer treatment was completed less than 5 years before the screening date.
- People with a smoking history of fewer than 20 pack-years.
- People who have a history of head and neck cancer that spread to distant parts of the body (distant metastatic disease).
