Who might be able to join this trial:
- People aged 18 years or older
- People who are willing to give their formal consent to participate
- People who have been diagnosed with stage I to IVA head and neck mucosal cancer (in areas such as the voice box, throat, mouth, or nasal passages)
- People whose last major cancer treatment (such as surgery, chemotherapy, or radiation) was completed between 3 and 6 months before joining the trial
- People who can speak, read, and write in English

- People who have a second active cancer (other than skin cancer) at the same time

- People who have noticeable difficulties with thinking, memory, or understanding
