Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are 65 years old or older (note: the trial limits the number of participants between ages 65 and 70 to 20% of the total group)
- You have bladder cancer that cannot be removed by surgery or has spread to other parts of the body, and testing has confirmed it is a specific type called urothelial carcinoma
- Your cancer doctor has determined that you are not able to receive a chemotherapy drug called cisplatin

- You are receiving your cancer care at a location that is not Dana-Farber Cancer Institute (DFCI) or one of its affiliated sites
- You have significant memory or thinking difficulties that would make it hard to complete the study surveys
- You are currently taking part in another clinical trial using a different experimental treatment for this condition (confirm with trial site)
