Who might be able to join this trial:

• People who have cervical cancer that has come back, kept growing during treatment, or spread to other parts of the body
• People whose cervical cancer is one of these types: squamous cell carcinoma, adenocarcinoma, or adenosquamous carcinoma
• People who do not have any other separate primary cancers at the same time
• People who have at least one tumour that can be measured on an MRI or CT scan, based on standard measurement guidelines called RECIST
• People with a general health and activity level rated at 0 or 1 on the ECOG scale (meaning fully active or able to carry out light activity)
• People who have agreed to take part, are willing to attend follow-up appointments, and have signed a consent form

Who may not be able to join:

• People whose cervical cancer is a less common type, such as small cell carcinoma, clear cell carcinoma, or sarcoma
• People who have previously been treated with a type of cancer medicine called immune checkpoint inhibitors
• People who have health conditions that make certain drugs unsafe for them, such as liver problems or kidney problems
• People who withdraw their agreement to take part in the study
• People whom the trial doctor or researcher decides are not suitable to participate, for any reason (confirm with trial site)
