Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have recently been diagnosed with multiple myeloma (MM), confirmed using standard international diagnostic guidelines.
- People whose general health and ability to carry out daily activities falls within an acceptable range on a standard medical scale (ECOG score of 0, 1, or 2 — meaning fully active to capable of limited self-care).

- People who have had a heart attack within the 6 months before enrolling, or who have significant heart disease that is unstable or not well managed.
- People who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant during the study.
- People with severe nerve damage in their hands or feet (grade 3 or 4 peripheral neuropathy).
- People who are currently being treated for another active cancer at the same time.
- People whose multiple myeloma has spread to the brain or spinal fluid, or who have a related condition called plasma cell leukemia or AL amyloidosis.
- People who have an active infection that currently requires medical treatment.
- People with a known substance use disorder that could interfere with following the study requirements.
