- People who have had weight-loss (bariatric) surgery in the past

- People who have been diagnosed with type 1 or type 2 diabetes
- People with a condition that prevents them from doing physical activity
- People who have been diagnosed with an eating disorder
- People with an intellectual disability or a severe mental health condition that would make it difficult to take part in the program (such as severe depression or an active psychotic disorder)
- People with a recent or current problem with drug or alcohol misuse or addiction
- People who are currently pregnant or are less than 3 months post-partum
- People who think they may become pregnant within the next year
- People who would not be willing to promptly report a possible or confirmed pregnancy to the trial team during the study
