Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have been diagnosed with head and neck cancer
- People who are 18 years of age or older
- People who have had surgery and/or radiotherapy (radiation treatment) for head and neck cancer
- People who finished their cancer treatment between 3 and 36 months before joining the trial
- People who have a medical diagnosis of trismus (difficulty opening the mouth), jaw joint problems (TMD), and/or stiffness or dysfunction in the neck or shoulder
- People whose first language is Spanish
Who may not be able to join:
- People who have had a stroke in the past that left lasting effects
- People with instability, osteoporosis (weak or fragile bones), bone degeneration, or herniated discs in the neck
- People who currently have bone damage caused by radiation (osteoradionecrosis) or open wounds such as fistulas or tissue breakdown in the area to be treated
- People who have a tracheostomy (a breathing tube in the throat)
- People who have cancer that has spread to other parts of the body, or whose cancer is still active
- People who do not wish to take part in the trial
