• You have been formally diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease by a doctor

Who may not be able to join:

• You have been tested and found to carry a specific gene change called a GBA variant — if this applies to you, you may be directed to a related study called RAPSODI instead
• You have been diagnosed with a condition similar to Parkinson's but with a different cause, such as progressive supranuclear palsy, multiple system atrophy, Parkinson's caused by a head injury, manganese poisoning, a past brain infection, problems with blood supply to the brain, or Parkinson's triggered by medication
• You have another condition affecting the brain or nervous system, such as dementia, another movement disorder, or motor neurone disease
• You are currently taking certain medications known to cause Parkinson's-like symptoms, including some antipsychotic or psychiatric drugs (such as Haloperidol, Olanzapine, or Risperidone), or other medicines including Bupropion, Lithium, Methyldopa, Metoclopramide, or Sodium Valproate (confirm with trial site if you are unsure whether your medication is included)
