  • You have taken part in a research study involving invasive procedures or payment for inconvenience within the last 3 months.
  • You drink a high amount of alcohol — 14 or more units per week if female, or 22 or more units per week if male.
  • You follow a vegetarian diet.
  • Your weight has changed by more than 3kg (about 6.6 lbs) in the last 2 months.
