Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are 18 years of age or older
- You are able to give your agreement to take part in the study
- You can speak and understand English
- You have a confirmed or doctor-diagnosed history of COVID-19 infection (confirmed by a PCR or antigen test, or diagnosed by a doctor)
- You developed fatigue within 3 months of having COVID-19, and it has lasted for at least 2 months
- Your fatigue cannot be explained by another health condition
- Your fatigue either started after you initially recovered from COVID-19, or it has continued since you first had COVID-19
- Your fatigue may come and go, change over time, or have episodes where it gets better or worse
- You are able to walk for 10–15 minutes and recover within 30–60 minutes, or you do not experience significant worsening of symptoms after physical activity
- You have access to a computer, laptop, or tablet that can run Microsoft Teams and Webex
Who may not be able to join:
- You currently have an active COVID-19 infection
- You have a pre-existing physical, mental, or cognitive health condition that makes exercise unsafe, prevents you from giving consent, or causes similar symptoms to Long COVID — for example, major memory or thinking disorders, schizophrenia, or chronic fatigue syndrome (confirm with trial site)
- You are unable to follow the study's procedures
- You are currently pregnant or breastfeeding
- You have taken part in another research study involving experimental treatments within the last 30 days
- You have any metal implants in your head or heart, such as pins, plates, or a pacemaker
- You are currently taking part in, or have taken part within the last 30 days in, another study related to COVID-19, exercise, or fatigue
