  • For certain parts of the study (related to birth defects): pregnancies where a chromosomal abnormality or genetic syndrome was recorded
  • For certain parts of the study (related to early birth, high blood pressure in pregnancy, or small birth size): pregnancies involving more than one baby (e.g., twins or triplets)
  • For certain parts of the study: pregnancies where the medication was not taken during the specific time window relevant to the outcome being studied (confirm with trial site)
