Who might be able to join this trial:
- People aged 18 years or older
- People with a general health and activity level rated between 0 and 2 on a standard oncology scale (meaning able to carry out at least some daily activities — confirm with trial site)
- People who have been diagnosed with Stage II, III, or IV non-small cell lung cancer, confirmed through laboratory analysis of tissue

- People who have had breathing/lung function tests done within 8 weeks of registering for the trial

- People who are willing and able to follow the study's procedures and attend all required visits
- People who are able to be followed up for 1 year after joining, or until death, whichever comes first
Who may not be able to join:
- People who have previously had radiation therapy to the chest area
- People who have already had surgery to treat this lung cancer
- People who have already received chemotherapy for this lung cancer
- People who have a condition called interstitial lung disease (a group of conditions that cause scarring in the lungs)
- People who are pregnant
