Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are 18 years old or older
- You are willing and able to give your consent and follow the study's instructions
- You are already scheduled to have a specific type of eye surgery called a vitrectomy (an operation inside the eye)
- The pressure inside your eye being studied is within a normal, specific range (not too high or too low)

- You have had injections of a type of medication called VEGF inhibitors into your eye in the past 30 days
- You have used certain eye drops (such as cyclosporine or steroid drops) in the eye being studied within the last 14 days before surgery
- You are currently taking, or have taken in the last 2 weeks, certain medications that strongly affect how the body breaks down drugs (confirm with trial site)
- You have liver disease of any level of severity
- You have moderate or severe kidney disease
- You have a history of HIV or another condition that affects your immune system
- You have a history of hepatitis A (a specific type), hepatitis B, or hepatitis C
- You have had an organ or bone marrow transplant
- You are currently being treated for cancer
- You have any other serious health condition that the study doctors feel would make participation unsafe or unsuitable
- You are already taking part in another clinical trial
- You have any condition that would prevent the study team from taking the required images of your eye
