Who might be able to join this trial:

• You have been diagnosed with cystic fibrosis
• You are between 18 and 45 years old
• You are male or female, of any race or ethnicity
• You are currently taking a highly effective CFTR modulator therapy (a type of medication used to treat cystic fibrosis)

Who may not be able to join:

• You have had an organ transplant
• You have had a significant drop in lung function or a lung flare-up in the last 3 months
• You are currently taking steroid medications by mouth or injection (such as prednisone or cortisone)
• You are currently pregnant
• You have a known liver condition that doctors believe could significantly affect the study's test results
• You have any other illness or condition that a study doctor believes could interfere with test results or make taking part unsafe for you (confirm with trial site)
• You have a cognitive impairment that affects your ability to understand or participate
• You do not speak English
• If you have cystic fibrosis-related diabetes, your daily insulin dose is more than 0.8 units per kilogram of your body weight per day
• You have ever had a serious diabetes-related emergency called diabetic ketoacidosis (a dangerous build-up of acids in the blood)
