Who might be able to join this trial:
- Adults aged 18 years or older
- People who have been diagnosed with endometrial cancer or a condition called atypical hyperplasia (an abnormal thickening of the uterine lining)

- People with serious medical or surgical conditions, including: kidney stones, a history of kidney failure or severe kidney problems, an inherited condition affecting cholesterol or fat levels in the blood, severe liver disease, a long-term condition where the blood is too acidic, a history of inflammation of the pancreas, severe diabetes, active gallbladder disease, difficulty digesting fats, or severe heart or blood vessel disease
