Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are willing to take part and have signed a consent form agreeing to participate
- You are within the age range accepted at the participating clinic (regardless of gender)
- You have been diagnosed with locally advanced, recurrent, or spread (metastatic) thyroid cancer that cannot be fully removed by surgery, AND your cancer falls into one of these groups:
- Differentiated thyroid cancer that no longer responds to radioiodine (radioactive iodine) treatment
- Differentiated thyroid cancer that is not suitable for radioiodine treatment
- Medullary thyroid cancer
- Poorly differentiated thyroid cancer or anaplastic (fast-growing) thyroid cancer
- You have had genetic testing done on your thyroid cancer before joining the trial, to look for specific gene changes related to the disease or its treatment
Who may not be able to join:
- You are currently taking part in another clinical drug trial
- You are pregnant or breastfeeding
- There are other reasons that the trial team decides make participation unsuitable for you (confirm with trial site)
