Primary endpoints
Quantitatively and qualitatively characterise the immune profile of the stem cells, blood, cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) and the microbiome pre and post treatment.; Perform single cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-Seq) on paired CSF and blood pre and post treatment.
