Who might be able to join this trial:

• People between 18 and 70 years of age
• People whose primary language is English
• People who have been formally diagnosed with multiple sclerosis (MS) by a neurologist
• People who have not had a relapse or taken steroids for at least 30 days
• People with mild-to-moderate self-reported difficulty with movement or mobility, based on a specific MS disability scale (called the PDDS)
• People who are currently not regularly physically active, based on a standard exercise questionnaire (called the GLTEQ)
• People who are right-handed

Who may not be able to join:

• People who have a history of neurological conditions other than MS, or who have uncontrolled mental health conditions such as major depression
• People for whom exercise may not be medically safe, based on a standard health screening questionnaire (called the PAR-Q)
• People who are currently taking medications that could affect thinking or memory, such as steroids or benzodiazepines
• People who are currently pregnant
• People who cannot safely have an MRI scan, such as those with certain metal implants or electronic devices in their body that are not considered MRI-safe
• People with severe difficulties with thinking or memory, as measured by a specific cognitive screening tool (called the TICS-M)
